History of Anil Ambani Group

Reliance Capital
Reliance Capital was founded in the year 1986 by Dhiru Bhai Ambani and later the company was transfered to Anil Ambani' Reliance Group. Reliance Capital was one of the biggest financial company till 2017 and after 2017 it became a low quality company due to non maintance of its assets quality. In 2017 the shares were traded at 776 rupee and at the current time it is trading at 10 rupee and you will be shocked to know in 2008 it was traded above 2700 rupee.
Reliance Infrastructure
Reliance Infrastructure is company which is older than even Dhiru Bhai Ambani, It history is even older then the independent India. Reliance Infra was founded in the year of 1929 as Bombay Suburban Electric Supply (BSES) which was a government undertaking. Later in the year 2002 the company was acquired by Reliance Dhiru Bhai Ambani and the renamed as Reliance Energy and later the company was renamed again as Reliance Infrastructure.
Reliance Infra was earlier only focussed on power generation and distribution but later in 2018 the mumbai business was sold to Adani Group and currently the company is active only in engineering and infrastructure which includes road construction, metro projects, airport projects, toll roads etc.
Earlier the shares were traded at Rs.2514 in its peak time but at the current time the shares are trading at Rs. 146.
Reliance Power
The company was incorporated on 17 January 1995 as Bawana Power Private Limited and changed its name to Reliance Delhi Power Private Limited in February 1995. Its name was changed to Reliance Energy Generation Limited in March 2004, and finally to Reliance Power Limited in July 2007.
At the current time the company's profit is shrinked very much due to loan burden on the company and loan burden on the Reliance ADA Group. Earlier the shares were traded in above Rs. 100 but at the current time it is trading at Rs. 11.
Reliance Communication
Reliance Communication was one of the biggest telecom operators in India in earlier days but at the current time its existence is fully lost due to the entry of Mukesh Ambani's Jio in 2016 in telecom industry. It is one of the subsidiary of Reliance Infrastructure. In the roads sector it has 11 projects totalling of 1000 KM at at project outlay of approximately Rs. 12000 crore. The company is also amongst the largest developers of 6 lane NHAI road projects with three projects totalling 380 km in its portfolio.

NBFC Business
Major company under this business segment was Reliance Capital but non maintenace of asset quality made this company to fall and at the current time Reliance ADA Group is not very active in NBFC Business.
